Volume 105 • Number 2

April 2006

Postcolonial Moves: Medieval Through Modern. Edited by Patricia Clare Ingham and Michelle R. Warren. New York: Palgrave Macmillan, 2003. Pp. x + 264. $59.95

Postcolonial Moves is a timely, important volume that will be of interest and value to both medievalists and non-medievalists. The volume consists of an introduction and eleven essays. These range from some striking proposals for new methodological approaches in section one, to some innovative readings of medieval texts in section two and some fascinating juxtapositions of medieval and modern texts and contexts in section three.
